After much research and test-walking several shoes, I discovered these for my cross training. They are extremely comfortable and offer the cushiness and stability of the foot I was requiring. They are lightweight, too! I normally wear an 8.5 to a 9 in regular shoe, I ordered a 9.5 and it was the perfect size. They run small.
