Adjustable feature a good thing - The velcro closure allows me to adjust the slipper for the different widths of my feet and when feet are swollen from arthritis. The sole could be more cushiony, it's rather flat and hard, but I still come back to reorder this slipper because adjustable ones are hard to find. And, it's washable.
